Founder’s Note
I’m Kazimierz Noga – the creator and patent holder of HomePass.
For over a decade, I’ve been deeply involved in the UK property market – from developing and managing rental portfolios to working with investors, banks, councils, and contractors. Over the years, I’ve seen the same problems repeat themselves: missing documents, broken communication, unclear compliance, and unnecessary delays.
Life taught me one thing – problems exist to be solved. And if the system itself is broken, we must rebuild it from the ground up.
That’s why I designed HomePass. Not as a tool for one part of the process, but as the infrastructure that connects them all.
HomePass is my answer to a question no one could solve for years – how to make property transactions in the UK truly digital, fast, and secure.
